Greg’s love for wine and hospitality was born during a trip to the Margaret River in the early 1990’s and since then he has developed his profession in the Australian and international wine trade. Wine knowledge from vineyard to glass.
Greg’s diverse wine and hospitality business background has evolved working with a diverse portfolio of wine, spirit and beer brands, including Brokenwood, Clover Hill, Taltarni, Sandalford, Tamar Ridge and Grandin, and major wine retailers Cellarmasters, Dan Murphy’s and Vintage Cellars.
Michael’s working career began back in 1992. Michael has always had a huge passion for the Agribusiness (wine, coffee, food) and Hospitality (Bars, Restaurants, Hotels) industries.
In 2000 Michael turned his dream and passion into a full-time career. Michael launched MICHAELDATTA Vineyards and actively partnered and launched, exciting new boutique vineyards, wineries and brands. During this period of Michael was able to produce and co-make some of Australia’s most highly rated wines, earning great accolades and awards.
