Rates

$1,100 per night for 2-4 nights ($275 per room/night)

$900 per night for 5 nights plus

Easter, Anzac Day, Queen's Birthday, October Long Weekends - minimum 3 night stay.

Conditions of Reservation

• Normal check-in time is 2pm - flexible subject to house availability.
• Vacate by 11am.
• Deposit of 50% is required to secure booking with balance to be paid prior to issue of keys.
• 6 weeks notice of cancellation is required. With less notice, refund of deposit is subject to The Vintry being rebooked.
• Prices quoted are subject to change without notice until deposit is received.
• Please advise exact mumber of guests including all children.
• No private functions without prior arrangement.
• A valid Mastercard or Visa Card number is required with final payment for security/bond purposes.
• Guests will be liable for any breakages or damages to the property during the guests booking period and all costs of repair and replacement must be paid for.
• In the event that the property is not left clean and tidy, the guest will be liable for the cost of additional cleaning which will be charged without notice to the credit card provided at a rate of $40 per hour.
• The Vintry Country House is Non Smoking.
